She has designed and implemented philanthropic programs, including those focused on bringing underrepresented groups such as women and people of color into the technology sector.
Cecily is a long-term champion of diversity and inclusion and continues this work in her communities as a member of the board at Net Impact, a global nonprofit focused on inspiring and equipping emerging leaders to build a more just and sustainable world. Her work has been recognized by the City of San Francisco Commission on the Status of Women, which honored her with the CEDAW Award for Human Rights; the National Diversity Council, which recognized her as one of the Multicultural Leaders of California; and the Ethisphere Institute, which named her as one of the Most Influential People in Business Ethics.
She joins Presidio excited to grow thought leadership, research, and programs on equity and social justice, contributing to what she sees as our common project: “how we as sustainability and impact leaders can create a more equitable and just society where everyone is included”?
In her spare time, Cecily enjoys traveling with my family, watching Nordic crime dramas, and listening to Al Green and Bob Marley.
