SAN FRANCISCO – Presidio Graduate School is pleased to welcome Jeffrey Hogue, Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) at Levi Strauss & Co., to the Presidio board in the new year.
Hogue brings both breadth and depth to Presidio, thanks to his expertise and leadership in sustainability across a number of international corporations, including C&A, McDonald’s, and DuPont.
In his current role at Levi Strauss & Co., Hogue leads its sustainability and circular economy efforts, working to create positive environmental and social impact across the company.
Previously, Hogue designed and led global sustainability strategies for C&A, a Netherlands-based international chain of fashion retail clothing stores with locations throughout Europe. While with C&A, he established notable leadership in the co-development of Fashion for Good.
Prior to C&A, at the McDonald’s Corporation he successfully led the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability team in developing McDonald’s first global sustainability strategy and climate change positions. That followed 17 years as Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer at Danisco A/S, a Danish-based company that is one of the world’s leading producers of food ingredients and related products. While with Danisco A/S, Hogue led the integration of Danisco’s Sustainability and Regulatory programs into the DuPont organization.
Hogue has also held numerous non-profit board positions with the C&A Foundation, the Innovation Committee of Fashion for Good, Textile Exchange, Organic Cotton Accelerator, and the Cradle to Cradle Product Innovation Institute.
