Nitesh Dullabh is an integrity-driven Global Strategy, Master Designer of ESG/Sustainability Innovations and Implementations and Public-Private-Philanthropic Partnership Development Leader with 25+ years of experience driving global strategy, risk management, market access, change management and business integration. As a trade diplomat, connector, communicator, and advisor Nitesh has a rich experience of actionable innovation and creativity of working in the public, private and NGO world. Nitesh is the CEO/Founder of his own consultancy, 2POD Ventures whose mission is to empower and guide public and private entities in aligning and implementing their ESG/Sustainability/Corporate Sustainability and Climate Change ambitions with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). He previously served as a Partner with ERM (Environmental Resources Management), a leading global consultancy in the business of sustainability and worked with clients on materiality assessments, global reporting and ESG Rating & Ranking projects. Prior to joining ERM, Nitesh worked in finance (Real Estate Investment Trusts – REITS and SBA loans, Food and Beverage, and Water/Water-Reuse Stewardship.
Nitesh worked in South Africa, China, US with global companies in a multicultural environment. He had the privilege of serving in Nelson Mandela’s government as Director (Dept. of Trade & Industry, South Africa) and a Commercial Attaché (South African Embassy, China), with notable successes in foreign direct investment, export promotion, economic empowerment, and multilateral trade and investment policy negotiations. Nitesh also served as Senior Risk Consultant with Marsh and McLennan and led projects in climate risk mitigation/adaptation, supply chain, business continuity and corporate governance across mining, agriculture, automotive and chemical sectors.
Nitesh is the current President of the International Society of Sustainability Professionals, a non-profit whose mission is to advance professionals in their sustainability journeys. He was also recently appointed on the Board of Trustees to Hidden Villa, another non-profit that advances Environmental, Nature and Agricultural Education. Nitesh is passionate about social impact and his mission is to facilitate a connected world (human and natural) through understanding, healing, and unconditional compassion. He has an MBA from Henley Business School, University of Reading (UK), MA (International Relations) (South Africa), BA (Public Management) (South Africa) and speaks Mandarin Chinese.
